Pie: 300 Tried-and-True Recipes for Delicious Homemade Pie - Ken Haedrich I get hungry just thinking about this book. I've made several fabulous pies out of it, but a notable exception was the derby pie (which is usually one of my favorites) - yuck! What a waste of time, ingredients, and effort. The rhubarb pie recipe makes up for it though! There are about 25 different crust recipes and many helpful tips for pie success.
