1/31/13 - after almost 4 months of owning this book, I still make a batch of the granola every weekend. it's so good I eat it every day and never get tired of it. I'm on a bit of a baking hiatus, but I can't bear to run out of the stuff!12/9/12 - I've had this book for about 8 weeks now, and I've made something from it at least once a week. Blueberry muffins, Banana Walnut Chocolate Chunk Bread, granola... and the stuff listed below I've made twice. This book is definitely a winner!10/25/12 -So far I've made three recipes from this book. First I made the serious biscuits - seriously buttery! That butter you like to slather on your biscuits is pre-installed, and the saltiness just begs for a little jam (or a drizzle of maple syrup in my case). Mine turned out just like the ones I've had at Dahlia Workshop. YUM.I made a batch of hazelnut whole wheat scones with maple glaze at 4pm on a Friday, and by Sunday morning they were long gone. I made a second batch a few days later to take to work, and I'm sure I'll be making another batch soon, maybe to snack on during the day on Thanksgiving.I made the triple coconut cream pie and took it to work on Tuesday, and it disappeared as fast as I could serve it. Light, fluffy, and delicious! I will probably mix and match the different components in the future. I was tempted to skip the rest and dig into the coconut pastry cream with a spoon!
